Flanagan Lawrence were appointed to provide Compliance Monitoring Team (CMT) services covering all external and interior architectural elements of the development.
The project is due for completion in 2024.
The Whiteley is a meticulously restored London icon, set behind a retained and restored Grade II listed façade, it includes 139 private residential apartments and associated residential amenities, London’s first Six Senses hotel and spa with 110 rooms, restaurants, 19 new retail stores, a cinema, a state of the art gym and a range of fully accessible public spaces.
