Eimear has experience across several sectors including performance spaces, bespoke high-end residential and large commercial developments. Projects range in scale from the recently completed Samovar Space at Wembley to the award-winning Laidlaw Music Centre at the University of St Andrews.
Eimear played a lead role on the Laidlaw Music Centre which featured two world firsts- a chamber hall with a reverberation chamber and a mechanised floor which allows an infinite variety of spatial configurations. This led to Eimear working on the detail design for the fit-out of BBC Eastbank.
Since then, Eimear has been responsible for the delivery of the fit-out of penthouse apartments at One Crown Place and she is currently leading the renovation and conservation of a Grade II* Listed Building by Philip Webb.
Prior to working at Flanagan Lawrence, Eimear worked in Ireland on masterplanning and educational projects, along with the conservation of Grade II Listed buildings, most notably“The Dock”ArtsCentre in Carrick-on-Shannon.
