David Lawrence is the Managing Director of Flanagan Lawrence and, as well as running the business, leads teams on a diverse range of projects, including residential developments located mainly in Central London, high-profile office developments and regeneration masterplans.

David started his career working on large scale office buildings in the City and has recently delivered a range of award winning buildings -10 -12 Hammersmith Grove; 20 Grosvenor Street and 100-101 The Embankment, Greengate in Salford. He constantly strives to design workspace buildings which improve the quality of life for the people who work within them and always looks to integrate elements which improve the wellness attributes of a building.

David’s residential experience has been focused primarily in London and spans Super Prime, Build-to-Rent and, multi-unit projects.. 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent, Cheval Place and Montpelier Hall all demonstrate a clear understanding of the attention to detail inherent in super prime, whilst projects at Wembley in particular show how an understanding of and interest in the wider environment can contribute to the creation of dynamic and vibrant communities, whilst delivering beautifully crafted buildings.

David has also been involved with the masterplanning for the regeneration of major brownfield sites at Wembley, Greenwich, Manchester and Salford – development which has been a key element in the delivery of new communities and economic growth in those areas.
