Chris has a wide range of experience on residential and hotel schemes, both within the United Kingdom and worldwide. Chris has led several of the practice’s key projects including at Wembley, where the large scale development is delivering a new dynamic mixed use quarter.

Chris’s projects in Wembley include; the Wembley Park Masterplan, which transform the character and life of the area with a new high quality urban and residential environment; as well as Alto Apartments, a large-scale residential project in Wembley Park, that has brought a new benchmark for sophisticated urban living to the area.

Prior to Flanagan Lawrence, Chris was the team leader on the Greenwich Square project, a major residential mixed-use scheme in London, featuring 629 homes and a range of integrated community facilities. He has also worked on a number of high-end projects including the Stirling prize-winning 30 St. Mary Axe, and the Budenberg Haus Projekt; Altrincham (Manchester) for Urbansplash.
