Since joining Flanagan Lawrence, Barbara has worked on a broad portfolio of projects at various stages of the design process, including large-scale residential schemes, mixed-use proposals and high-end commercial developments.

Barbara has been involved in several projects across different sectors and scales. Most recently, she has been responsible for delivering the Shepherd’s Bush Pavilion Hotel, a 4-Star, 322-room hotel, contained within a Grade II listed building. This scheme includes part retention, part new facade as well as the internal fit out of all the Front of House areas.

Having completed that project, Barbara moved on the lead the team on 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent which she saw to a successful conclusion. This super-prime project involved the retention of listed buildings, and the introduction of apartments into a dynamic new extension. The attention to detail was extraordinary.

Prior to working at Flanagan Lawrence, Barbara has an international presence, working in Houston, Texas within the education sector and in South Africa, where she was involved in several high-end hotel and leisure schemes.
