Planning has been submitted for a residential tower on Olympic Way, the ceremonial route leading to the National Stadium at the heart of Wembley Park.

Developed by award-winning housebuilder, The Hill Group, the 307 apartments are housed in two linked buildings, with the taller building fronting Olympic Way, and a lower wing which reaches out towards Wembley Park Drive.

The form of the architecture has been driven by the desire to maximise dual aspect homes at 92% of the total, whilst the articulated form has been developed to balance glazed areas of the façade with solar shading from balconies. The tower emerges from a pocket garden, a hidden gem of mature greenery beside the tube station.
