Flanagan Lawrence were appointed by CBRE for Interior Architecture Services in connection with eleven premium apartments, each with its own individual personality and uniquely stunning view.

Working within the consented building envelope and in collaboration with Studio Ashby, our role was to revisit the penthouse apartment conceptual interior design to improve space planning, address matters of coordination and buildability, and to refine the interior materials and finishes specification, creating a product commensurate with the target market sales values to be achieved.

These beautifully appointed apartments situated on the upper floors of the North and South towers in this mixed use residential-led development include bespoke kitchens and wardrobes designed in collaboration with B&B Italia as well several other bespoke elements.
