Net Zero Week - Queen Victoria Street
The retrofit of 99 Queen Victoria Street, an exciting new office environment which centres around reducing its Climate Impact, has now commenced on site.
As we work towards achieving Net Zero on our projects, the significant refurbishment of this building, originally completed in 2004, allows us to add value both through specification and performance. The priority of the team has been to minimise the impact of embodied carbon during all phases of the project, with the focus being on using less carbon intense materials.
The regenerative design of 99 Queen Victoria Street includes an array of outstanding green, renewable, energy efficient features and is on target to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A Rating, Nabers 5 star and Wired Platinum. Maintaining a focus on holistic wellness for occupiers, the scheme includes features such as amenity spaces and a roof garden terrace.
