The Milton Road scheme is situated along Station Road, Harrow and forms part of the Civic Centre Area Action plan, part of the wider ongoing redevelopment of Harrow Town Centre.

Milton Road is a residential led mixed use development which provides a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership dwellings as well as ground floor commercial units. The scheme received detailed planning consent in March 2022.

Flanagan Lawrence Architects were appointed to develop the technical design and support the main contractor during the construction phase. During the technical design stage a number of changes were introduced and these were delivered as a Non-Material Amendment (NMA) under the existing consent as well as a S73 application. The team worked to ensure the updated proposals were submitted within 6 months of appointment.
