Melior Street Shortlisted at the NLA Awards

The Bermondsey scheme is nominated for the Mixed-Use category

12th Jun 2018

Our Melior Street project has been shortlisted for the 2018 New London Awards, in the Mixed-Use category. This follows the project’s two Highly Commended awards, at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards and the Evening Standard Awards.

The New London Awards recognise and celebrate the best in architecture, planning and development in the capital for their positive contributions to their surroundings, and life in the city.

Melior Street is a residential-led mixed use development located within the Bermondsey Conservation Area and adjacent to Borough Market. The development comprises 37 residential units – a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with private amenity space in the form of balconies and roof terraces – of which 28 are private and 9 are affordable. 4 commercial units at ground level and improvements to the Manna Centre for homeless people and Church facilities form part of the scheme.

The winners of the NLA Awards will be announced at a lunch at the Guildhall in July.
