Flanagan Lawrence completed CMT Services for the Tapestry (T1) and Plimsoll (P1) Buildings. Both are residential projects that form a part of the greater regeneration scheme of Kings Cross Central. Both projects are large scale residential based schemes, and inherently complex.
The Tapestry Building by Niall McLaughlin Architects is a mixed use residential building, incorporating an energy centre, a multi-use games area, a retail / café / restaurant unit, centralised car parking, open market and affordable apartments.
The Plimsoll Building by David Morley Architects comprises 178 private apartments and the architecture of the building references the Victorian industrial heritage of King’s Cross.
