The Cecil Avenue scheme is situated along Wembley High Road, east of Cecil Avenue and part of the Wembley Housing Zone. Cecil Avenue is a residential led mixed use development which provides a mix of affordable and private market for sale dwellings. The scheme received detailed planning consent in February 2021.

Flanagan Lawrence Architects were appointed to update the proposals to facilitate the delivery of the scheme following the emerging amendments to Building Regulations which require the provision of additional staircores. The amended scheme was delivered as a Non-Material Amendment (NMA) under the existing consent. The team worked to ensure the updated proposals were submitted within 6 months of appointment.

Flanagan Lawrence are Architect and Lead Designer from Stages 2+ to 4 currently, and FLINT, our in-house interior design team, are the interior designers.
