Bromley-by-Bow South is well connected to both Stratford, as a major metropolitan centre, and Central London and is therefore identified as a location suitable for high density, mixed-use development providing much needed housing in London and opportunities that will benefit the surrounding communities and East London more widely.

This residential-led, mixed-used development comprises 238 new homes with private amenity space and generous internal and external communal areas. The lower levels of the building will be activated by office, restaurant and retail space.

The design consists of a 33 storey with a lower eastern block of 9 residential storeys joined by a link block of 7 storeys. Residential accommodation starts on level 2 on the southern and eastern elevations and level 5 on the western. Workplace accommodation is also elevated and distributed between levels 3 and 4. The interesting mix of uses are successfully brought together into a truly integrated mixed-use scheme.

The residential floors are designed to have roof gardens and terraces with no overlooking between apartments. Natural features combine with manmade townscape and present the opportunity to create a vibrant and dynamic new community in an accessible location.
