Flanagan Lawrence, working in collaboration with BBC Workplace, BBC Technology and Parkeray, are refurbishing an existing building to form a new sustainable regional broadcast hub that is open and flexible, fully accessible and inclusive, creating an environment for staff to be creative and to deliver their best work, reflecting the needs of office based staff and those working between home and the office.

The works will include the creation of a new audio studio; multi-media production space; edit suite and a newsroom, with the main works anticipated to complete later in the year in readiness for occupation in Q2 2025.
