Alto Shortlisted at the Sunday Times British Homes Awards
Honoured in the Development of the Year category
6th Jul 2018
Flanagan Lawrence’s Alto Development scheme has been shortlisted for the Sunday Times British Homes Awards, in the Development of the Year (More than 100 homes) category. This comes after the scheme’s success at the RESI Awards earlier this year, where it won the Development of the Year award.
The Sunday Times British Home Awards recognise the talent, effort and innovation of architects, designers, housebuilders, affordable housing providers and developers working across the residential property sector today. They celebrate the quality of the homes and communities being created in the UK, showcasing the best in design to key players in the property market and central and local government.
Alto is the first of several Flanagan Lawrence projects to be completed as part of the wider masterplan for the regeneration of the Wembley area. The scheme provides 362 apartments as well as a community centre, artist’s studios, and other amenities. Alto’s elegant design sits within a sequence of landscaped gardens, harmoniously contributing to the wider community.
The winners of the British Homes Awards will be announced at a lunch at the London Marriott Hotel in September.
