Vesna Aksentijevic

Associate Director

FLINT

Vesna has more than 20 years of varied experience working in the fields of Interior Architecture and Interior Design for Residential, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Commercial projects. She has played a key role in the formation and development of FLINT, Flanagan Lawrence Interior Company.

Vesna is currently working on a range of residential developments in and around central London for both corporate and private clients.

She has an extensive track record of working with established clients, brands and organisations. Her expertise encompasses both large scale complex projects and smaller one-off private houses, including bespoke elements of product design.

Vesna is skilled in developing strong design concepts with clients, and she regularly collaborates with artists, artisans and crafts people, seeking to utilise the work of local ‘makers’ wherever possible for her projects, to enhance that sense of unique place.

Vesna led the interior design on a large scale mixed-use residential regeneration project in the Wembley Housing Zone, Hurlingham Waterfront for Rockwell Group, Griffin Park and Aberfeldy Village for EcoWorld, Fisherton Street / Carrick Yard for Linkcity and Westminster City Council, Hurlingham Retail Park Redevelopment for Royal London and The Nova Building for Landsec.

Prior to Flanagan Lawrence, Vesna worked for David Chipperfield Architects on the interior architecture and design of BBC Scotland’s headquarters in Glasgow and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer office building in Amsterdam.

As a potter in her spare time, Vesna designed Studio Pottery London in Belgravia, dedicated to the teaching and practising of wheel- thrown ceramics, with a gallery dimension.
