Our workspace conversion of the 1935 building receives planning approval.

We have received planning permission for our conversion of Glaxo House as part of the planning approval for Greenford Green, a mixed use but predominantly private rented homes development for Greystar. Built in 1935, Glaxo House is a two storey Art Deco building that is located in Greenford, London. Our proposals reinstate the original view of the 1935 southern elevation of the building, retain the principle elevations and building fabric but create new accommodation to the west and upper level that overall provides 4,500sqm of Grade A office space.
