Michael studied at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, South Africa, graduating with a Bachelor of Technology degree in 2002.
Michael moved to London in 2003 and joined Flanagan Lawrence where he begun working on a wide range of multi-unit speculative industrial schemes, office business parks and high quality mixed use office and residential projects. He has been an integral team member for the workspace schemes; MTL Butterfield in Luton, 18-20 Grosvenor Street and Butterfield Business Park. He has also worked on the Riga airport competition bid.
A key team member for the recently completed 10 Hammersmith Grove, Michael is now the projects lead for the second and final phase of the development, 12 Hammersmith Grove. This development establishes an integral landmark in the regeneration of the Hammersmith area, with this second building comprising of 11 storeys and 15,500sqm of net grade A office space as well as a public realm and retail space. The project is due for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
