Since joining Flanagan Lawrence in 2004, Eimear has worked on 20 Grosvenor Street, a commercial office building in Mayfair; the design of the external envelope for 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent, a high end residential scheme in Belgravia; and the detailed design for the fit-out of a Penthouse Apartment which saw her working with highly specialist suppliers and sub-contractors on an unparalleled specification.

Currently working on Riverside Studios, Eimear is responsible for the detailed design of the fit-out which includes a cinema and three television studios. She is also part of the team for the design of a new music centre at the prestigious University of St Andrews, Scotland’s oldest university. Prior to this, she was developing and overseeing the exterior package for Wembley Theatre, a 1300 seat theatre.

Before joining Flanagan Lawrence, Eimear worked for Coady Partnership Architects in Dublin on several large commercial and public sector developments, and high end residential projects. These included a prototype for educational special needs accommodation, a regenerative masterplan for Limerick Docklands comprising mixed-use accommodation, the conservation and renovation of a number of Grade II Listed Georgian buildings in Dublin, and “The Dock” Arts Centre in Carrick-on-Shannon, Ireland.

Eimear studied architecture at DIT Bolton Street, Dublin, graduating in 1998. She received accreditation as a Grade 3 Conservation Architect in 2004, and successfully completed an MSc in Project Management at the University of Westminster in 2007.
